Use of the Allocated Budget Within the Scope of Project No. 0811-HAYDEP-22

Our Coordination Office is conducting the project numbered 0811-HAYDEP-22 titled "Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Increasing Sectoral Competitiveness of Burdur Province: Differentiated Integrated Development Project in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Aimed at Rewarding Academic Activities" and according to the provision stated in the contract within the scope of the project, "The unused portion of the budget converted from academic productivity points to TL cannot be carried over to the next year." Therefore, the purchasing transactions to be made from the budget accepted for 2022 for the academic activities of 2021 must be completed by 31/12/2022, and the unspent amounts will not be carried over to 2023.

Therefore, in order to use the budget allocated from the relevant project (considering issues such as the evaluation of your application, announcement period, evaluation of offers, placing orders, delivery of materials, preparation of movable-inspection documents), additional material requests must be made to our Coordination Office through the e-BAP automation system by 31/10/2022 at the latest.
