Theses and individual projects within the scope of mandatory publications regarding the BAP Commission Implementation Directive's 19/1st clause "Projects supported by the BAP Coordination Unit within the scope of all kinds of publications and theses must include the statement "This study was supported by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Scientific Research Projects Commission. Project Number: ..." or a similar statement with the same meaning." and also in the 2nd clause"For the researcher to benefit from individual project (MP) and postgraduate thesis project (TEZ) supports, they must publish their previously concluded projects of the same type within two years as a book, book chapter, conference/symposium paper, in journals indexed in Web of Science or as a full-text article in peer-reviewed journals." it is stated.
In case of not publishing within the specified form and period, in the directive's 11-1/c clause"In a new project application, project managers applying must have met the publication requirement related to their projects completed within the form and period specified in Article 19 of this Directive." as stated, the project manager cannot apply for a new project from the e-bap system..
Additionally, in case of publishing outside the specified form (not mentioning BAP support and/or not writing the project number), in the same directive's 25/1st clause"In all kinds of publications carried out within the scope of projects supported by the BAP Coordination Unit, if the 1st clause of Article 19 of this Directive is not complied with, the project team members whose names are mentioned in the publication will not be provided with any type of support for one year from the date the situation is learned and decided by the Commission." it is stated.
In line with the provisions mentioned above, project managers and project teams are required to publish within the form specified in the directive and within a 2-year period for the theses and individual projects they have completed, and if they do not publish under the specified conditions, they will not be able to benefit from any type of BAP project supports.
