Application Process and Principles Regarding Evaluation:
- The application process begins with the assignment of academics who can apply for the project by the Rector or the BAP Commission.
- Applications are initially made to the Specialization in Livestock Coordination. Project applications determined to be related to the Livestock Project by the Specialization in Livestock Coordination are made through BAP Automation.
- The support upper limit for this type of project is specified in the assignment letter.
- Project applications may be sent for review by a referee/referees whose number and qualifications are determined by the BAP Commission if deemed necessary, and the commission decides whether the project will be supported based on the referee's opinions.
Restrictions:
- Project managers can manage a maximum of 3 Livestock Support Projects at the same time.
- Restrictions for the project manager who will apply for the project are specified in the relevant assignment letter.
- In projects receiving Livestock Project support, if there is a request for changes in title, content, type, or addition/removal of researchers, an application must first be made to the Specialization in Livestock Coordination with the project management board decision regarding the arrangement, and then to the BAP Coordination. In projects determined by the project management board to have deviated from the livestock project axis, 50% of the livestock project support is collected from the project manager along with the legal interest calculated on the payment day.
Execution and Finalization Process:
- Interim reports are sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the interim report format at one-year intervals.
- The final report is sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the Final Report Writing Rules.
- All requests (additional materials, additional time, addition/removal of researchers, etc.) are sent online through BAP Automation.
- The BAP Commission may directly accept the final report or, if deemed necessary, send it for evaluation by a referee/referees and decide whether the project is considered successful based on the referee's opinions.
In this type of project, there is no obligation for the outputs to be converted into publications.
