These are projects prepared in collaboration with universities and other institutions/organizations, with at least 50% of the budget covered by other project partners. All details regarding the execution of the project are determined within the framework of the protocol signed by the Rector and the officials of the partner institution/organization.
Definition and Scope: These are projects prepared jointly with the Higher Education Institution and other institutions/organizations, with at least 50% of the budget covered by other project partners.
Application Process and Principles Related to Evaluation:
- All details regarding the execution of the project are determined within the framework of the protocol signed by the Rector and the officials of the partner institution/organization.
- Applications are made through BAP Automation.
- The support upper limit for this type of project is specified in the assignment letter.
- Project applications may be sent for review by referees whose number and qualifications are determined by the BAP Commission if deemed necessary, and the commission decides whether the project will be supported based on the referee opinions.
- The start date is the date when the movable property committed by the partner institution/organization(s) is recorded in the Higher Education Institution's records or the first amount in the payment schedule is deposited into the project account specified in the protocol after the protocol is signed.
Restrictions:
- Project managers can manage a maximum of 1 Industry Cooperation Project at the same time.
- Restrictions for the project manager who will apply for the project are specified in the relevant assignment letter.
Execution and Conclusion Process:
- Interim reports are sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the interim report format at one-year intervals.
- The final report is sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the Final Report Writing Rules.
- All requests (additional materials, additional time, adding/removing researchers, etc.) are sent online through BAP Automation.
- The BAP Commission may directly accept the final report or, if deemed necessary, send it for evaluation by referees and decide whether the project will be considered successful based on the referee opinions.
There is no obligation for the outputs of this type of project to be converted into publications.
