1) Teaching staff who have completed their doctorate, specialization in dentistry/medicine/veterinary medicine, or proficiency in art education within the last six years, and who are employed full-time in our University's staff as research assistants, lecturers, or assistant professors,
2) Teaching staff who have completed their doctorate, specialization in dentistry/medicine/veterinary medicine, or proficiency in art education, and who are employed full-time in our University's staff as research assistants, lecturers, or assistant professors, and who have never served as project managers in BAP projects (excluding the Scientist Support Project-BİDP),
These are projects supported to increase their project experience and contribute to their development as scientists.

Application Process and Principles Related to Evaluation:
- Applications are made through BAP Automation.
- The application date is announced by the BAP Coordination Unit with the decision of the commission.
Restrictions:
A maximum of two (2) times can be benefited from this type of project as a project manager.
- Project managers can manage a maximum of 1 Career Support Project at the same time.
- In this type of project, travel expense support is up to 30% of the project upper limit.
Execution and Conclusion Process:
- Interim reports are sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the interim report format at one-year intervals.
- The final report is sent online through BAP Automation in accordance with the Final Report Writing Rules.
- All requests (additional materials, additional time, adding/removing researchers, etc.) are sent online through BAP Automation.
- The BAP Commission may directly accept the final report or, if deemed necessary, send it for evaluation by a referee/referees and decide whether the project will be considered successful based on the referee's opinions.
- The results of this type of project must be published in the quartiles of journals indexed in Web of Science or Scopus within two years at the latest.
